Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing: celebratory end to the season with drivers, teams and partners.

Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing looks back on the 2024 season with 56 titles and many prestigious individual successes. On 14 December, a large number of all active Mercedes-AMG teams, drivers and partners gathered at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. At the gala named ‘Champions United’, the winners of the brand-internal Customer Racing Championship were honoured and presented with exclusive prizes for their sporting achievements. Michael Schiebe (Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes‑AMG GmbH), Christoph Sagemüller (Head of Mercedes-AMG Motorsport) and Stefan Wendl (Head of Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing) congratulated the winners on stage in a festive ceremony.

GT World Challenge: Mercedes-AMG wins season finale to secure drivers' championship and intercontinental manufacturers' title.

Lucas Auer (AUT) and Maro Engel (GER) have secured the drivers' championship of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS at the 6-hour race on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. At the GT premiere in Saudi Arabia, Auer, Engel and their team-mate Daniel Morad (CAN) from Mercedes-AMG Team MANN-FILTER took the lead shortly before the halfway point of the race and successfully clinched their first victory of the season in the Endurance Cup after 161 laps. Lucas Auer and Maro Engel had already won the drivers' title in the Sprint Cup and had to make up 15.5 points in the season finale to take home the trophy in the overall standings.

Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing enters the FIA World Endurance Championship and 24h of Le Mans.

New Mercedes-AMG customer team Iron Lynx will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC) from the 2025 season. In the FIA WEC, the Italian team will field two Mercedes-AMG GT3s in the LMGT3 class. The team's rebranding means Mercedes-AMG will compete in the FIA WEC in 2025 for the first time.

Record victory for Mercedes-AMG and Maro Engel at the FIA GT World Cup in Macau.

Mercedes-AMG's participation in the prestigious FIA GT World Cup at Macau was once again rewarded with a victory this weekend. It was the sixth consecutive success for the brand from Affalterbach at the 71st running of the Macau Grand Prix, making it the most successful manufacturer to date in the GT3 event on the challenging Guia Circuit with a total of nine wins.
