Mercedes-AMG Motorsport continues to set the course for the future and to do so, relies on the support of a new co-operation partner from now on. At the occasion of the presentation of the “MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport” laptop in Taipei, technology company MSI and Mercedes-AMG announced a multi-year co-operation. Next to an innovative approach, the two globally active companies are particularly unified by the extraordinary performance philosophy. While Mercedes-AMG Motorsport always aims at the technical limit with its race cars, MSI is known as a specialist for state-of-the-art hardware, enabling gamers all over the world to enjoy an unparalleled gaming experience.

Mercedes-AMG Motorsport and MSI benefit from synergies between simulation and motorsport
With the co-operation between MSI and Mercedes-AMG Motorsport, pioneering technology and the aim for performance amalgamate in a very special way while both partners contribute to the project with their individual strengths. The shared goal is to push the limits of what can be achieved both in virtual and in real-world motorsport. In the process, MSI’s leading position in the gaming business will help Mercedes-AMG to increase the reach of the brand and to further establish it in the e-sports segment. Like this, Mercedes-AMG intends to address even more fans and enthusiasts in future, sharing the passion for high-performance competition. Moreover, Mercedes-AMG Motorsport and MSI will build up a team in virtual motorsport together to enter an interaction with the fans in an exciting way.

Laptop MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport presented during COMPUTEX 2023 
With the “MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport”, the two partners already presented the first high-quality product to emerge from this co-operation at MSIology during the Asian IT fair COMPUTEX 2023 in Taipei. Combining performance and luxury, the notebook comes with a 16-inch OLED display and is exclusively available in selenite grey. Further optical characteristics are an exclusive Mercedes-AMG rhombus pattern and the casing made of a magnesium-aluminium alloy. Moreover, the Mercedes-AMG Motorsport logo can be found on the bottom bezel, the top and back cover of the state-of-the-art laptop.

In return, the logo of Micro-Star International Co. Ltd., as MSI is named in full, will be visible on the partner line of all the Performance Cars of the Mercedes-AMG customer sport programme. During the ADAC TotalEnergies 24h-Rennen at the Nürburgring, the three letters already adorned the front wings of the Mercedes-AMG GT3s. Moreover, in this year’s Bathurst 12 Hour, MSI was the main sponsor of Mercedes-AMG Team Craft-Bamboo Racing.
