The cars
Two of the most successful customer sports cars ever and a performant newcomer are available: the Mercedes-AMG GT3 and the Mercedes-AMG GT4 are genuine winners, just like the new Mercedes-AMG GT2. All over the world, they convince in sprint and endurance races with performance, utmost driveability, ergonomics and user-friendliness.
The service
Know-how, transfer and customer focus are really important to us. The success of our customers is our objective. Therefore, we provide intense training sessions even prior to the first running of the car. If required, an engineer will accompany the roll-out. We directly pass on our detailed knowledge – for optimum performance from the very first lap onwards.
Intense race track support
We consider the best possible support of our customer teams as our core duty. Our technicians provide first-class service, and they do so worldwide. Through our service centres in Europe, the US, China and Australia, we provide a quick and comprehensive spare parts supply. Moreover, we ensure the on-site spare parts supply for selected races and race series all over the world for trouble-free race participations. Our extensive service also includes on-site support by qualified engineers and experienced drivers from the AMG driver pool.
Innovative online platform
Our Customer Service Portal (CSP) facilitates the everyday work: detailed manuals, instructions, logo guidelines and many more features make getting started in the Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing world as easy as it gets. And the same can be said about ordering spare parts: with the illustrated online parts catalogue, orders can successfully be made in the blink of an eye, 24/7. Moreover, the CSP serves as a communication tool: next to a comprehensive database listing all the race participations and results, the platform also provides access to all the relevant information and updates concerning the cars, races and series.
Demand-based vehicle rental
If required, the personal race car fleet can be expanded with a vehicle from our car pool, be it for test sessions or races, quickly, flexibly and, of course, at fair and calculable rates.
Professional Driver Pool and extended works support
For a dedicated enhancement of interested teams, we offer the co-operation with professionals from the Mercedes-AMG Driver line-up who rank among the world’s best GT racing experts. They take part in selected races and coach the drivers during test and race events. In brief: they make their qualities fully available for your team. Moreover, every customer team can put itself forward to become a Performance Team by means of outstanding achievements. These receive extended works support with drivers, engineers and motorsport specialists from Affalterbach.
Brand-internal championship
The Mercedes-AMG Customer Racing Championship stands for great prizes and the highest level of appreciation. Participants score points by means of their race participations with a Mercedes-AMG GT2, Mercedes-AMG GT3 and Mercedes-AMG GT4 throughout the season and are honoured at the end of the season. There are separate classifications for Bronze-rated drivers and professionals as well as separate categories for the best GT3 and GT2/GT4 teams. To ensure maximum equality of the chances, points are attributed according to weighing factors, taking into account elements like the type and distance of the races.
